With the second trading contest on zkSync nearly upon us, we’re here to announce a new way to earn rewards with Marginly: our referral program.
The idea behind this program is to provide a two-way channel of benefits for both referrers and referred participants. Both sides get rewarded, win-win!
The steps are simple: when you register for the contest, you’ll get a personalized referral link. This link can be used to invite fellow traders.

Rewards
Climb the ranks to win some serious rewards! The top referrer will snag a cool $1,000 in Marginly tokens. Those who rank 2–10 get $500, and if you’re between 11–30, you’ll receive $100!
Participants who join using these referral links will also get rewarded. They enjoy a 10% bonus to all winnings in the upcoming zkSync trading contest if they are on the final leaderboard.
But that’s not all! The top 30 referrers who invite the most people to join will also win Marginly Rocket NFTs. These limited non-transferable NFTs entitle holders to extra tokens during our airdrop.
To check your standing in our referral rankings, Marginly’s dev team has you covered and has deployed a leaderboard. This handy tool will demonstrate where you rank in the competition to invite the most friends to the contest!
To check it, go to the Marginly website and then select “Referrer Ranking” on our trading contest section.
There are three crucial rules to keep in mind:
- Only EVM addresses that did not participate in the Arbitrum contest are eligible to be referred
- Every referred address needs to hold a Marginly Paper Plane OAT. These can be obtained in a few simple steps via our Marginly Galxe campaign.
- Each referred address must complete at least one trade during the contest.
How to get the referral link
- Go to the Marginly website
- Click the “Join” button on the Trading contest section of the main screen
- Connect your wallet to the zkSync era testnet
- Provide your email (mandatory), Twitter (optional), and Discord (optional).
- Sign the registration message with your wallet to complete your registration.
- Copy the link from the success screen. This is what it should look like:
