In this exclusive contest, we invite traders and degens from all across Web3 to showcase their trading skills and strategic prowess. By participating as a Captain, you have the chance to demonstrate your trading acumen, get a special OG badge, and earn a fat stack in our future airdrop (TBA) to stuff under your mattress. So, gather your fellow traders, friends, and acquaintances, and prepare to embark on a trading adventure like no other!
Exploring the Role of Team Captain
As a team captain in the Marginly Paper Trading Contest, you will take on a crucial leadership role. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble a team of advanced degens who share your passion for the financial markets. By bringing together a diverse group of individuals with unique trading perspectives and expertise, you will enhance your chances of success in the contest.
There is a minimum requirement of 20 participants per team. Top 10 traders from each team will contribute to the overall score based on their cumulative balance of virtual assets (note: the contest doesn’t evolve real money!). Furthermore, as team captain, you could guide and coordinate your team’s trading activities throughout the contest. This includes devising winning strategies and adapting to market conditions in real time. There are plenty of viable approaches: take long or short positions, play around with leverage, provide liquidity to traders, or just sit back and watch other traders’ bets crash and burn while holding on to your bag.
Becoming a Captain
Fill out this Registration form and select the network you wish to participate in. You will need to provide your Ethereum address for future rewards and email address and answer several questions. After the registration closes, Marginly will review applications, and eligible participants will receive emails with further instructions on accessing the platform.
All Captains accepted for the contest will receive the codes of their teams. They will need to spread these codes among their frens and let them register with the code to be tagged as part of the team.

We will announce the start of registrations of regular contest participants later (but soon™). As such, you understand, Capitanship is an exclusive opportunity for our early community members. They will receive special OG badges that entitle them to extended allocations in our future airdrop (TBA).
